Natural Remedies To Cure Pimples
Wash your face regularly
Regularly wash your face using tap water. Do not use soap. Wash your face at least 3-5 times a day. Regularly washing ones face has shown to decrease pimples.
Drink Fluids
Drinking hydrating fluids such as fruit choices and water, detoxifies the body and in turn decreases pimple formation. Dehydrating fluids such as coffee, soft drinks, etc. will not help cure pimples. Rather they may increase pimple formation.
Avoid Face Touching
Your hands come in contact with many things during the day which causes them to become dirty and oily. When you touch your face, you transfer oil onto it which increases pimple formation.
Change Bed Sheets
Many people do not change their bed sheets for months. This causes oil and dirt to build up on the bed sheets, and eventually this dirt and oil is transfered onto exposed body surfaces the next time they go to sleep. The oil potentiates pimple formation.
While you sleep, the exposed surfaces of your body which come in contact with your bedsheets produce oil and sweat. The oil and sweat are transfered onto the bed sheets.
When you go to bed the next night, your exposed body surfaces come in contact with the oil which had accumulated on your bedsheets. This promotes pimple formation.
Prevent Hair Touching
Style your hair in such a manner so that they do not fall over your face. Your scalp produces oil which transfers to your face when your hair falls over your face. If you have dandruff, the dandruff also transfers to your face and increases pimple formation.
Eat plenty of fruits
Fruits contain anti oxidizing vitamins which not only neutralize toxins in your body, but also strengthen your immune system. Both affects fight pimple formation.
Exercise Daily
Daily exercise expels toxins from the body by forcing pores to open up. Sweat leaks out of the pores cleansing your system and reducing pimple formation. Exercise aids in curing pimples and provides a clean skin complexion.
Regulate Your Diet
Although there is no scientific research which suggests that food influences pimple formation, many people claim that reducing intake of
- dairy products
- milk chocolates and
- spicy foods
prevents pimple formation.
Don’t Pop Pimples
Do not pop your pimples. When you pop your pimples, the pus, along with the accompanying fluid, oozes onto your skin. New pimples form at the site which comes into contact with the pus.
